We are looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our communications team Ferrier Pearce Creative Group Limited. This will be a permanent London based role. Ferrier Pearce Communications Division is an insight led creative communications team for the pensions and benefits sector. There are lots of exciting opportunities for you to be a part of within this team from pitching to potential clients to showing your creative side on projects for clients. You will be working within the Ferrier Pearce Communications division which is one of four divisions that makes up Ferrier Pearce Creative Group.

Main Responsibilities

  • Client relationship contact for selected client accounts including high value clients.
  • Enhance brand strategy and act as an adviser to ensure clients understand the breadth of our services
  • Adhere to all business processes and procedures
  • Prepare all client facing documents and presentations
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget whilst generating incremental return for clients with Managing Partner
  • Financial responsibility for own monthly revenue from portfolio of clients and that of your team
  • Growing client revenue
  • Keep up to date with popular trends and changes within the client market
  • Responsible for timely monthly client billing
  • Maintaining the highest possible standards and measurable outcomes at all times
  • Embrace a culture to support a consultative, client focused and collaborative approach
  • Maintain an ongoing dialogue with the Managing Partner
  • Actively seek to develop own knowledge and experience within depth and understanding of the sector vertical and strategic marketing services (news, trends, movers etc.) Understand our clients markets better than they do

Experience and Skills

  • Ability to set goals and deadlines which are realistic and challenging
  • Take deliberate and calculated risks to gain benefit and advantage
  • Create a good first impression and inspire confidence and commitment within account portfolio and be able to act on own convictions
  • Influential in establishing partnerships and alliances to achieve objectives

  • Understand strategic and tactical sales and marketing campaigns with demonstrable success
  • Proven track record of managing clients and growing their revenue

  • Be a member of industry recognised panels and memberships
  • 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Relevant formal qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in more than one similar industry
  • Experience within an Omni Channel environment
  • Digital industry knowledge
  • Continued Professional Development
