This year's Client Perception Survey results are in and are laid bare for all to see.

As part of Ferrier Pearce Creative Group (FPCG), we take part in the survey every year. The survey gives our clients the chance to feedback on our services and rate us on a number of pillars including: creativity, cost effectiveness, budget management, account handling, meeting deadlines and adding value.

Our clients are at the heart of everything we do and we really value the opportunity to get their honest opinion on how we're performing. It gives our team an opportunity to look at where we're excelling and to examine areas we might need to improve on.

Since last year's survey, we've had some fantastic achievements, including a Lovie award earlier in the year and the recent Property Marketing Award win for our work on the social media strategy for Paintworks. We're delighted to see that our clients have consistently ranked our ability to 'meet deadlines' and our 'account handling' as our greatest strengths and we're looking forward to putting the overall feedback of this year's survey into action!
