The Naked Truth

At FPCG, we pride ourselves on our client relationships. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do and we’ve always valued their opinion - whether it’s a brand we’ve worked with for years or someone we’re just building a relationship with.

That’s why every year we commission a Client Perception Survey. The survey gives our clients the chance to feedback on our services and looks at a number of categories including: creativity, cost effectiveness, budget management, account handling, meeting deadlines and adding value.

We asked our clients to rate each of our divisions, to find out where they think we’re excelling and where they think we might need to improve. Last year’s results revealed that our biggest strength was our ability to ‘meet deadlines’, while ‘account handling’ was top spot this year.

We believe in building honest relationships, so every year we publicise the findings. It gives prospective clients an idea of what it is like to work with us, and it also holds us accountable because we don’t just listen to the feedback - we put it into action.
