Hornbeam is growing! Our exciting specialist marketing agency works in sectors where embracing the great outdoors, conserving wildlife and the environment, and producing great quality food is what makes us tick, and is at the heart of our clients’ businesses.
To continue our upwards growth spurt we’re searching for an outstanding Account Director who’s hungry for success, passionate about delivering stand-out campaigns, and is excited by the thought of joining a fast-growing specialist agency.
- You will have broad, omni-channel marketing and communications experience, with a strong emphasis on PR. You’ll have worked with B2C and B2B clients, and played a strategic role in developing their businesses with demonstrable results.
- You will help grow Hornbeam’s business in the countryside, environmental, agricultural and outdoor leisure industries, so experience in or knowledge of these sectors would be highly useful, though not essential.
- You will be responsible for managing your client’s budgets and growing revenue across your portfolio, so financial management skills are a must, along with the ability to build strong and effective working relationships with colleagues across disciplines.
Full time, permanent role, but may consider part-time/flexible for the right candidate.
Based in North Hertfordshire/Cambridgeshire borders.
Salary + benefits, dependent on experience.
Must have own transport.
